We are representing international real estate investors and are constantly looking for qualified investment opportunities. As large real estate transactions usually involve multiple parties, we are in charge of coordinating and supervising these transactions. We ensure as the central contact the adherence to agreed proceedings like the relaying or the exchange of contracts, formatting of documents, supervision of appropriate time-limits or other duties that may arise due to these transactions.
